How this calculator works

This tool computes your real profit margin on Shopee Philippines after every deduction — commission, the 2.24% transaction fee, the shipping fee plus ₱5 order processing fee, the optional Mega Discount Voucher, Coins Cashback, Live Xtra and Special SPayLater programs, and the BIR withholding tax — for both Shopee Mall and Marketplace, side by side. Enter a selling price, cost and category for a single item, or upload your whole inventory as an Excel or CSV file.

Every rate and formula is documented, dated and sourced on our Sources & Methodology page (last verified June 2026). For a full plain-language explanation of each fee, read the Shopee Fees Guide; for rates by category, see the Commission Rates table. All figures are estimates — always verify against your Shopee Seller Centre.

Shopee seller fees — frequently asked questions

What fees does Shopee charge sellers in the Philippines in 2026?

Shopee PH deducts a category-based commission (6.12%–11.08% for Mall, 8.50%–10.50% for Marketplace), a 2.24% transaction fee, a shipping fee (4.48% Mall / 5.6% Marketplace, capped at ₱100) plus a ₱5 order processing fee, and — since May 11, 2026 — a Seller Growth Support Fee of about 1%–1.5% per order. Sellers past ₱500,000 in annual remittances also have ~0.5% BIR creditable withholding tax. Optional programs (Mega Discount Voucher, Live Xtra, SPayLater) add more. See the full Fee Guide.

What percentage does Shopee take per sale?

All-in, most Shopee PH sellers lose roughly 15%–25% of the selling price to fees once commission, transaction, shipping, the Seller Growth Support Fee, and any optional programs are counted. The exact figure depends on your category and which programs you join — run your price in the calculator to see your real number.

Is Coins Cashback still a paid fee in 2026?

No. As of May 11, 2026, Coins Cashback is free for sellers — the old 3.36% fee was abolished and replaced by the Seller Growth Support Fee (~1%–1.5% per order, with new sellers exempt for their first 90 days). Read the full explainer.

How is the BIR withholding tax on Shopee computed?

Under BIR RR 16-2023, marketplaces withhold a 1% creditable tax on one-half of your gross remittances (about 0.5% effective) once your cumulative annual remittances pass ₱500,000. It is creditable against your income tax via BIR Form 2307 — not an extra tax. See the withholding tax guide.

How do I compute my real Shopee profit margin?

Subtract every Shopee fee from your selling price to get your net payout, then subtract your product cost — the remainder divided by the selling price is your margin. The calculator does this automatically for Mall and Marketplace side by side, including the 2026 Seller Growth Support Fee.
